Green Smoothie with Dates
2 cups of Spinach
1 cup of Kale (about 2 stalks)
1/2 cup of Blueberries
1/2 cup of Strawberries
1/2 of an Apple
4 Dates (e.g. Sukkary dates)
Add plain water to the Max line or as required ( I like to use fresh Coconut water)
You can also add protein powder as needed.
Place all the ingredients in the instrument you are using and blend.
I use the NutriBullet to make my green drink but there are other instruments that are available.
