- 1/2 lb. Sahara Date Paste
- 1 T. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 T. cardamom
- 1 T. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of almonds , or 1/4 cup of cocao powder, or 1/2 cup of finely crushed pistachios, or 1/2 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
- Place first 4 ingredients in food processor, blend until smooth.
- Form small balls with hands, roll in chopped pistachios, or can also roll in coconut, or cocao powder, or crushed almonds.
- Top with almonds or pistachio sliver, or coconut
